WHAT??!! Do we live in the same house? I guess he was relieved when I said "empty nest" instead of something else (like separation).

Beautiful song and I really like how they used the pictures with the seasons. I have never heard this song before....I really like it. I think my season is in the middle of changing. I feel as though I experience each season during the day. LOL Summer, Winter, Fall and Spring. I think my hormones are going crazy! Let's don't forget the rainy and dry season. One day I am weeping and then I am laughing. Maybe there will be a balance real soon!
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!

ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful song and the words are wonderful. Thank you for sharing.
ReplyDeleteOh to be resigned to the seasons God takes me through. All His trees endure the seasons without resistance or complaint, but I, HIS planting, complain and resist the seasons. Oh Lord, help me to trust you. Help us trust You through the changing of seasons in our lives. You didn't bring us through one to destroy us in another...You will bring us through!
ReplyDeleteblessing you! this obviously stirred up a prayerful heart in me1

Hey Laurie, yes this is the song I was talking of. I found it yesterday but chose a different one by her that made me think of my friend.
ReplyDeleteI loved this song the second it came on!!
I remember the first I realized how our spiritual lives fit with the seasons and I learned that in winter, while you can't see it, evertyhing is still growing deep inside....so fitting to our lives. When we are experiencing "winter" we ARE still growing...we just don't always see it...
ReplyDeleteThis is a beautiful song - I love Nichole's voice! A lady at our church sang this and I never knew who wrote it or recorded it. Such a beautiful message!
